We’re looking for a detail-oriented Promotions Analyst to join our team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of provider promotions that power our platform.
As a Promotions Analyst at SARA Plus, you will be responsible for managing AT&T, DIRECTV, and other provider promotions through precise data creation and maintenance. Your work ensures that client orders are accurate and promotions are applied correctly. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Promotion Data Management: Create and maintain accurate promotion data for new and existing provider offers in our database
- Quality Assurance: Conduct on-hand QA testing for promotion data changes and general QA testing within the SARA Plus platform
- Defect Monitoring: Track and analyze order reporting to identify and resolve promotion-related defects
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of promotions into client workflows
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word for documentation
- Ability to read and understand XML structures
- Excellent time management skills for handling time-sensitive tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL for database queries and updates
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia
- Basic coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, and .NET
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
