We are seeking a Warehouse Cleaning Technician to join our logistics team. This role is part of our production line where IT equipment is cleaned, refurbished, and prepared for reuse. It's a fast-paced, repetitive job that requires focus, attention to detail, and the ability to keep up with production goals. Candidates should be comfortable doing hands-on work all day while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize IT equipment (PCs, monitors, cables, headsets, keyboards, and other peripherals) to like-new condition.
- Remove stickers, residue, and debris; disinfect and prepare items for the next production stage.
- Bundle and tie cables neatly and consistently using approved tools.
- Update equipment status in the warehouse system.
- Support other warehouse stations (receiving, testing, packing, kitting) when cross-trained and needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard warehouse procedures.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Production line or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail - must ensure every item meets cleaning standards.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain consistency over long shifts.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production demands.
- Basic computer/data entry skills.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Internal Eligibility Criteria: - No active PIP within the last 6 months
- Good Attendance Record, 85% or higher for the last 90 days
- QA Scores, 85% or higher average for the last 90 days
- LOB KPIs at or above goal for the last 90 days
- For lateral transfers, 6 months in current role/LOB
- For promotions, no minimum tenure required
