Position: Remote Call Center Representative
Role: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $16/hr. Paid Weekly + Benefits
Schedule: 8hr Shift between 8am-10pm EST. Mon-Fri
Projected Start Date: November 2025
Qualifying States: Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Utah, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas
Job Details:
- Handle high volume inbound calls.
- Outbound calls if depending on department needs.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support
- Verify insurance and patient information
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
- Equipment Provided
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and wired modem connection (REQUIRED) *Mobile hot spots are NOT accepted*
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Great written and verbal skills.
- No time off allowed the first 90 days. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Ability to multi-task and use of dual monitors.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
