About the Role
The Senior QA Analyst, PAM will focus on testing Keeper’s Privileged Access Management and Secrets Manager products across diverse IT infrastructure environments. You will design and execute functional, integration and security-focused test plans that validate behavior across cloud platforms, identity providers, CI/CD tools, operating systems and enterprise environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge of PAM concepts, infrastructure integrations, identity systems and enterprise workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product and security teams to ensure Keeper’s PAM and KSM products meet the highest standards of quality, interoperability and security.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test cases and automated tests for PAM and KSM functionality
- Perform integration testing across cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM platforms (Okta, Ping Identity, Active Directory) and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
- Validate functionality across Windows, Linux, databases and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Identify, report and validate defects, collaborating with development and product teams for resolution
- Execute security-focused testing workflows and partner with security teams to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Perform stress, reliability and fault-tolerance testing for PAM and KSM services
- Analyze logs, errors and system behavior to troubleshoot failures and identify root causes
- Recommend improvements to enhance product usability, resilience and security
- Maintain clear documentation of testing procedures, results and reproducible steps
- Stay current with industry trends, competing products and emerging best practices in PAM and secrets management
- 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, with at least 2 years focused on security, PAM or infrastructure-oriented products
- Strong understanding of PAM concepts, secrets management and enterprise security practices
- Experience testing integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with IAM solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity or Active Directory
- Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and infrastructure environments
- Ability to read or work with code in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go or .NET for validation and automation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, QA, product and security teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent practical experience

- Experience with serverless environments or cloud-native applications
- Familiarity with secure software development and data protection practices
- Experience with scripting languages or test automation frameworks
- Experience working in Agile development environments
