Responsibilities
Complete audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies (Workers’ Compensation and General Liability).
Work directly with policyholders or their contacts via phone to obtain payroll and accounting records.
Accurately evaluate and apply correct classifications and exposure amounts.
Manage assignments provided through our web-based production system.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all audit work.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience conducting audits in the Nexus platform (Essential).
Experience in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll, or related field.
Experience working directly with the public, preferably over the phone.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work from a home office.
Strong customer service orientation.
