A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support the Enteral Nutrition department by processing patient refill requests and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers regarding nutrition therapy order status
- Process prescription changes and troubleshoot pump issues
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information for accurate shipment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in a customer service environment
- Experience with data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School diploma or GED
