Position: Call Center Representative
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: Be available to work a shift between 7am-8pm CST Time. MON-FRI (8hr Shift + OT When needed).
Equipment: Provided
Start Date: TBD

Job Details:

Receive inbound calls, may require outbound calls depending on department.
Update patient data, ensuring accuracy.
Using computer skills for data entry.
Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Requirements:

MUST be willing to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
Must have call center experience.
Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
HS Diploma/Equivalent.
