Position: Remote Medical Benefits Rep.
- Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule:8am-10pm EST. Monday through Friday (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours.)
What you’ll do:
- Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls assisting patients
- Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits
- Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy
- Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
- Ensure compliance with HIPPA and federal health care program guidelines
- Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs
- Follow company policies and procedures
Must have: Must have a minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Adhere to all company required KPI'S
- Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and wired Modem access REQUIRED
- Mobile hot spots are not accepted
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Must live in TX to be considered
