Position: Remote Medical Benefits Rep.

Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Paid Training!!!

Start Date: TBD
TEXAS State Residents ONLY APPLY

Schedule:8am-10pm EST. Monday through Friday (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours.)

What you’ll do:

Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls assisting patients
Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits
Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy
Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage
Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
Ensure compliance with HIPPA and federal health care program guidelines
Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs
Follow company policies and procedures

Must have: Must have a minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
Adhere to all company required KPI'S
Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and wired Modem access REQUIRED
Mobile hot spots are not accepted
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active listening and problem-solving ability
Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
HS Diploma/Equivalent
Must live in TX to be considered
