Your Role: Customer Service Representative
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound customer service and appointment-setting calls with complete professionalism
- Book with an 85% or above conversion rate
- Work directly with CRM's such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCallPro
- Apply your trades industry expertise to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Lead by example in our collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Engage in ongoing professional development to sharpen your skills
- Resolve complex customer issues using exceptional communication and analytical thinking
What We Need (Non-Negotiables)
- Proven customer service track record in trades/service industries
- Tech-savvy: Confidently navigate tools such as Trello, Slack, Dialpad, ServiceTitan, and Email
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated leadership experience in previous roles
- Thrives under pressure in high-volume environments
- Team-first mentality with collaborative approach
Minimum Standard Equipment:
- Computer/Laptop with Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit) or macOS Ventura+
- Processor: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (Quad-Core, 2.4GHz or higher)
- RAM: 8 GB minimum
- Storage: 256 GB SSD (Solid State Drive)
- Display: 1080p HD (1920x1080) or better, 21” monitor preferred (external monitor required if using laptop)
- Camera: Internal or external HD webcam (720p minimum)
- Peripherals: All wired (keyboard, mouse, headset)
- Headset: USB-wired with noise-canceling mic (no Bluetooth)
- Internet:
- Download speed: 200 Mbps minimum
- Upload speed: 20 Mbps minimum
- Latency: under 50ms, no packet loss
- Ethernet connection only
- Security:
- Active antivirus (e.g., Windows Defender or Norton/McAfee for Mac)
