🕗 Full-time Schedule
- Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST—no weekends! Please keep in mind that you will be required to have the flexibility to be able to work until 8:00 PM EST if necessary for shift coverage.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Customer Service Representative / Patient Advocate, you’ll provide high-quality service through email, phone, and SMS—acting as a trusted advocate for customers and patients.
You’ll:
- Respond to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy
- Communicate with patients via phone, SMS, and email with empathy and discretion
- Navigate systems like Intelex, Zendesk, Five9, and other platforms
- Handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes
- Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- 6+ months in a call-center experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Distraction-free remote workspace
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills – Demonstrates conviviality, a core value of our client, reflecting a passion for bringing people together and creating meaningful moments.
- Empathetic and Professional Communicator – Demonstrated ability to connect with customers and patients respectfully and with understanding.
- Self-Starter with Team Collaboration Skills – Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency – Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems; proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented – Strong time management and follow-through on tasks and communications.
- Customer and Patient Focused – Prioritizes customer and patient satisfaction through clear, compassionate communication.
Preferred:
- Industry Experience – Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, or patient advocacy in a call center setting.
- CRM System Knowledge – Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intelex, Five9 or similar systems.
- Multichannel Communication Experience – Skilled in managing phone, SMS, and email communications simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking – Ability to identify issues, analyze information, and provide effective resolutions.
- Adaptability – Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment serving multiple clients.
