A company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events for executives and team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents while organizing and maintaining digital files
- Plan, coordinate, and book travel arrangements for staff and executives as needed
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a remote environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with project management software is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects independently
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus
- Previous experience working remotely is highly preferred
