A company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events for executives and team members
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting and sending communications
- Prepare reports and maintain digital files and databases for accessibility and confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a remote environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects independently
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges
- Comfort working across different time zones in a fast-paced environment
