As Sunlighten’s Commercial B2B Sales Representative, you will be the vital connection between qualified commercial leads and lasting business partnerships. You will manage inbound inquiries from wellness centers, spas, hotels, fitness facilities, and other commercial organizations seeking to integrate our patented infrared sauna technology into their operations.
We're looking for a natural communicator with an infectious positive energy and a proven ability to convert warm leads into closed deals. You'll become an expert in our patented SoloCarbon® infrared technology, clinically proven to detoxify, relax, and rejuvenate.  You will win clients over through consultative selling, product expertise, and unwavering confidence. You'll excel at responding quickly to inbound opportunities, nurturing relationships, and guiding commercial buyers through the sales process from initial inquiry to signed contract.
This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates not located in the Kansas City Metro area. Candidates within a 35-mile radius of Sunlighten HQ will be required to work in office a couple of times/week. 
Duties/Responsibilities:   
- Respond rapidly to inbound commercial B2B leads that funnel through multiple marketing channels with a high sense of urgency. 
- Build trust and develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers within commercial organizations (wellness centers, holistic health centers, day spas,  fitness facilities, medical practices, etc.). 
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each prospect's business goals, space requirements, and wellness objectives. 
- Lead authentic conversations about their business needs and how our industry-leading infrared saunas can enhance their operations and client offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions and periodically prepare reports for your manager as a status update.
- Juggle dozens of touchpoints simultaneously and efficiently prioritize numerous opportunities through effective time management and organization systems. 
- Initiate strategic follow-up calls and emails to re-engage with leads that showed initial interest but have not yet converted.
- Provide accurate information, quotes, credit terms, and bid specifications to commercial clients that clearly communicate ROI and business value. 
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepare contracts and submit orders. 
- Collaborate with other departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
- Hit long-term KPIs from a performance standpoint including: revenue targets, conversion rates, response times, and activity metrics, referral business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the commercial wellness space.
- Be a proactive, high-performing team member who embraces challenges and continuously seeks improvement.
- Additional duties as assigned by Director of Business Development.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a related field. High School Diploma/GED + relevant work experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of inbound sales experience with a proven track record of closing B2B commercial deals (Preferred). 
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience and tech-savvy with CRM systems.
- If local: Willingness to come into Sunlighten HQ twice per week, specifically Tuesdays.
- Excellent understanding of consultative selling and converting warm leads into closed business.
- Self-driven with superior interpersonal communication skills that allow you to overcome objections and challenges.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and reach appropriate resolutions in varied situations.
- Strong ability to handle multiple concurrent opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Passionate about selling with resilience and willingness to persist through challenges.
- Ability to take direction and guidance well, the coachability factor. 
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Consistently hit monthly and annual revenue targets that will be set by Director of Business Development.
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission for an OTE of $130-160K
