What's your day like?
As a Member Solutions Representative - Spanish Speaking at Community 1st Credit Union, you will engage daily with our members, providing outstanding service and support in both English and Spanish. Your primary responsibilities will include answering member inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering tailored financial solutions. You will navigate various software systems to access member accounts, process transactions, and document interactions accurately. On a typical day, you will collaborate with team members to address member needs in a prompt and professional manner, while also identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience.
You will actively participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and stay updated on service innovations. As you build relationships with our members, you will exemplify our core values of integrity and member-centricity, ensuring that each interaction reflects the high standards of excellence we uphold.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This person will also work one Saturday every 2 months, with the day concluding at noon.
