If you have experience in sales, point-of-sale (POS) systems, or a related field—and enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment—this opportunity is made for you.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
Consistently achieve-and exceed- monthly and annual sales revenue targets through strategic selling and relentless drive.
Deliver compelling, solution-focused demonstrations of Genius’s point-of-sale platform that captivate and engage prospective merchants
Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
Self-starter mentality with a passion for helping businesses grow.
Familiarity with POS, SaaS, or retail/hospitality tech is a plus.
1+ year of B2B sales experience.
1+ year of managing sales pipelines.
1+ year negotiating pricing and contracts.

Compensation
Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+
