What you’ll do:
This position will help oversee the back-office needs of bulk propane logistics and distribution. The role includes managing email communication from drivers, confirming their deliveries and entering load information and contracts in our tracking software. The job requires analytical research abilities to resolve discrepancies in bol information, pricing, contracts etc. This requires the individual to be detail oriented and able to read and understand the details of these components. Also, recording and balancing inventory levels on a daily and monthly basis and managing fixed price programs. Completing assigned tasks for month end closing. As the needs of our customers arise, some professional, prompt, and friendly customer service would be required. Also, the capability to professionally interact with co-workers, suppliers and outside carriers as necessary to get the job done. This position would also offer some administrative support for our dispatch team. Being able to embrace and utilize the many moving parts of the business, we strive to provide top quality work to our customers and co-workers. Expected to work individually and focus on assigned territories, however we are all part of a small team that depends on each other as well. Providing support and backup for the team is equally important. It is critical the individual can work and communicate well with others and become a reliable, resourceful part of the team.

What you bring:
5 years professional office experience required. Moderate to advanced level of Excel experience required. Microsoft Outlook experience required. Good track record of learning new software is beneficial. Familiarity with BOL’s, trucking industry, and sales/purchase contracts is a plus. Experience in oil and gas is a plus. Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
Hybrid / remote work option available after successful in office training. Mon-Wed in office, and Thurs-Fri optional remote office. Our office is conveniently located in Sandy, UT.
