Role Overview
As a Leasing Manager, you’ll oversee the tenant placement, leasing, and compliance process across our expanding Ohio portfolio. You’ll manage leads, coordinate showings, execute leases, and liaise directly with Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) to ensure seamless occupancy and compliance.
This position is ideal for motivated, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in performance-based environments and understand the nuances of affordable housing and Section 8 leasing.
What You’ll Do
- Market and lease available properties through approved platforms (GoSection8, Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.)
- Handle all leasing activities from lead generation to executed lease and move-in.
- Prepare and submit RFTA packets and coordinate all PHA inspections.
- Maintain relationships with Housing Authority representatives and property management teams.
- Ensure compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, and local housing regulations.
- Manage digital records and reports using TenantCloud, Airtable, and DocuSign.
- Report weekly leasing activity, occupancy rates, and KPI metrics to the Director of Property Operations.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in residential leasing, affordable housing, or property management.
- Familiarity with Section 8 or Housing Choice Voucher programs preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation for field appointments and inspections.
- Tech proficiency (AppFolio, GoSection8, DocuSign, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Strong follow-up and attention to compliance detail.
Compensation
- $500 per successfully leased and occupied unit (paid upon move-in & rent confirmation)
- Quarterly NOI bonus based on leasing performance and portfolio results
- Flexible 1099 structure with growth potential into Senior Leasing Manager and Regional roles

Primarily Cleveland–Parma MSA (with future expansion to Columbus).
