PersonaX is an AI-powered automation startup helping dealerships and service businesses close more deals with less effort. We’re not selling “software” — we’re selling time, speed, and smarter sales systems.
We’re looking for commission-only Inside Sales Reps who can hunt, follow up, and close over the phone or Zoom. You’ll be talking to business owners, demoing the PersonaX platform, and walking them through setup. Every deal you close creates passive income through short-term residuals.

Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close inbound and outbound leads
Conduct virtual demos and onboarding walkthroughs with potential clients
Manage your own pipeline and follow up through CRM tools
Hit and exceed monthly revenue goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Represent PersonaX with professionalism, energy, and transparency
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based sales role with uncapped earnings.
You’ll earn a 30% commission on every sale, plus 10% recurring residuals for three months on retained clients.
No base salary — you’re paid directly for results.
Realistic First-Year Earnings:
Average performers: $30,000–$50,000/year
Top closers: $70,000+ (uncapped)
Additional performance bonuses and higher commissions available for high-ticket accounts.
