The Product Cybersecurity Group (PCG) is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Horizontal Program Manager to support the Product Cybersecurity Domain Lead. This role is essential in coordinating cybersecurity programs across multiple teams and divisions, ensuring schedules, dependencies, and metrics are managed effectively to meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about cybersecurity program delivery, skilled in cross-team collaboration, and experienced with tools like Jira and Confluence to maintain transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the overall cybersecurity program schedule, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and in compliance with established processes.
• Own and deliver Monthly Executive Program Updates, providing clear, concise status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
• Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring that teams have all prerequisites met before starting their activities.
• Maintain and track program metrics and KPIs to measure progress and performance, collaborating closely with program analysts who support data collection and reporting.
• Monitor program compliance and escalate risks or blockers promptly to the Domain Lead and senior management.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity analysts, engineering teams, and global stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain program momentum.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across divisions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of cybersecurity initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and reporting standards within the Product Cybersecurity Group.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cybersecurity, IoT, embedded systems, microcontrollers, or connected vehicle domains.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and program/product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office suite for project tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering executive-level updates and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify risks early, manage escalations effectively, and drive resolution.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.

Working Relationships

• Acts as a key liaison to ensure program alignment and delivery across divisions.

Remote Work Qualifications
• Minimum 1 week on-site per quarter, regularly occurring for Monthly Executive Program Updates.
• Local/on-site attendance is preferred to foster collaboration and business unit synergies.
• Additional travel may be required based on program needs, potentially up to 30%, including international travel to support global business stakeholders.
