We’re looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Client Success team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in project management and client service. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will:

• Support the onboarding process by assisting clients as they begin working with Luxury Presence

• Help organize and schedule client calls, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

• Communicate project timelines and next steps to both clients and internal teams

• Gather client materials and ensure all required assets are submitted on time

• Assist with tracking project progress and keeping clients informed throughout their onboarding journey

• Work closely with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a seamless transition into their new website and marketing platform

Is this you?

You’re good at:

Keeping projects organized and on schedule
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
Problem-solving and finding solutions when challenges arise
Learning new tools and processes quickly
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

You have:

0-1 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role (internships welcome!)
You thrive in client-facing roles and genuinely enjoy working with people.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
An interest in luxury real estate and digital marketing
