We are seeking a marketing innovator with expertise in AI and automation to join our Growth Team. In this role, you’ll design and execute data-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategies, leveraging the latest AI tools to enhance customer engagement, accelerate conversions, and uncover new growth opportunities.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute creation of AI agents or automated processes to supporting GTM strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Leverage AI and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Zapier, ChatGPT, Jasper) to optimize campaigns and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure GTM AI and Automation strategies are integrated across the business.
- Analyze customer data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Continuously monitor performance, using data to iterate and improve campaigns launched by AI Agents.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve personalization, automation, and efficiency in marketing workflows.
- Ensure Demand Generation initiatives reflect brand identity, messaging, and customer experience best practices.
- Who you are:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or automation roles with eCommerce experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zapier, ChatGPT, Jasper).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to guide decisions and demonstrate ROI.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with experience working across teams.
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Location: This role is primarily remote (US based) and will work in primarily EST hours, with the expectation of occasional visits to our offices for team collaboration, training, or company events.
