As a Colleague Information Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining colleague data in Hyatt’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and time & attendance system with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. You’ll support corporate HR operations by ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately enter and update colleague data in the HRIS and time & attendance system (e.g., new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, tax info, personal data changes, paid time off payouts, bonus’ etc.).
- Maintain digital colleague records and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure all colleague files meet compliance standards and confidentiality requirements.
- Run and distribute reports from HRIS and time & attendance systems as needed.
- Create and send colleague communications with clarity and consistency as needed.
- Support other Shared HR functions and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, data entry, or administrative support.
- Experience with HRIS or time & attendance systems preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel experience a plus.
