Co-Teacher (Global Time Zones – CET, ET, PT, APAC)

bina is reimagining primary education for today’s globally mobile families — and we’re looking for resourceful, caring Co-Teachers to help us deliver joyful, personalised learning to children aged 4–12 across borders and time zones.
You’ll work alongside Lead Teachers in live, online micro-classrooms (max. 7 students), supporting lessons, contributing to curriculum development, and playing an active role in refining bina’s unique learning model.
We hire on a rolling basis. Successful applicants will:

We’re actively hiring across CET, ET, PT, and APAC time zones.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Experience teaching primary-aged children (ages 4–12) in multiple countries or cultural contexts
- A Bachelors Degree in Education
- A background in K–6 education (not EFL/ESL-focused)
- Experience in schools, camps, or structured learning environments
- Confidence using digital tools and a passion for EdTech and educational innovation
- High cultural awareness and commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)

- Your experience is solely in EFL/ESL environments
- You’ve only taught in one country or cultural setting
- You prefer rigid, traditional approaches over creative, flexible methods
