Title: Call Center Sales Representative – $14–$17/hr + Commission
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling and appointment setting
- Qualify leads and convert to scheduled sales appointments
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets
- Work part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling options
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have prior sales experience in call center sales, inside sales, or collections
- Sales-driven personality with strong phone presence
- Thrives in a performance-based environment
- Must work in-office — no remote/hybrid
Compensation & Schedule:
- Hourly $14–$17 base pay
- Bonuses and incentives = $55,000–$70,000+ yearly potential
- Morning shift 8am–4pm
- Evening shift 12pm–8pm
- Weekend shifts available
- Paid training provided
