Title: Phone Sales Appointment Setter – Hourly + Commission
About the Role:
We’re seeking in-office Appointment Setters with proven sales experience. This role is phone-based and focuses on converting warm leads into booked appointments for our field sales reps. No remote or hybrid work available.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to warm and hot leads
- Schedule qualified appointments for our field reps
- Track and achieve performance goals
- Deliver excellent customer experience over the phone
Qualifications:
- Minimum sales experience required (inside sales, call center sales, telemarketing, or collections)
- Money-motivated, goal-focused, and reliable
- Strong communicator with positive energy
- Must work in-office — no remote/hybrid
What You’ll Get:
- Base pay $14–$17/hr
- Incentives and bonuses = $55,000–$70,000 yearly potential
- Flexible part-time and full-time schedules
- Shifts available: 8am–4pm, 12pm–8pm, and weekends
