Davis Partnership Architects has an immediate, full-time position for a talented and experienced Project Accountant.
Davis Partnership a dynamic and award winning multi-disciplinary professional design firm consisting of Architects, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting and Wayfinding designers located in the River North (RiNo) district adjacent downtown Denver, Colorado.

Must be detail oriented with excellent organization skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and co-workers through both verbal and written communication.
Able to produce an accurate and timely project accounting reports and meet assigned deadlines.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint software a plus, but not necessary.
Position allows for hybrid-work combining remote and in-person work with in-person, in-office work 3-days a week.
Compensation is provided on an hourly-basis commensurate with experience ranging from $27.00 - $30.00 hourly.

RESPONSIBILITES
Work closely with assigned Principals assisting as requested and directed with problem solving, research, accounts receivable collections, spreadsheet preparation, etc.
Assign / set up new project numbers.
Read and set up consultant contract parameters (fees, billing basis, expenses, markups).
Data entry of new and revised budgets.
Consultant invoice data entry.
Prepare consultant invoices for review by Principals & Project Managers.
Prepare / send notices to consultants regarding invoice adjustments, fee authorizations, etc.
Prepare and send draft billings to Principals & Project Managers for review and approval.
Make changes, corrections and transfers as requested.
Prepare final invoices, including attaching accurate backup to invoices.
Prepare project status reports as requested by Principals & Project Managers.
Close / purge inactive projects.
Download special data into Excel as requested.
Assist Project Managers in operation of financial software applications and procedures when necessary.
Create custom reports in Vision as requested.
