Role Description
The Service Representative - Surgical Equipment Repair ensures operational delivery of Surgical Equipment Repair offerings to a set account base. These services include, but are not limited to:

Onsite instruments
-
Rigid endoscope
-
Flexible endoscope
-
Power, video and ancillary surgical device repairs
They are also responsible for maintaining customer service.
What You Will Do in This Role:

Manage key accounts and grow the Surgical Equipment Repair business

Establish and maintain appropriate levels of service delivery
-
Maintain relationships within facilities to ensure clear communications and cooperation
-
Create opportunities and identify weaknesses to decrease expenditures
-
Navigation of equipment throughout the hospital
-
Ensure complete paperwork submission
-
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
An associate degree or equivalent work experience
-
Healthcare or Medical Device industry experience desired
-
Sterile Processing Department (SPD), Operating Room (OR) and/or related sales experience preferred
-
1-3 years of experience preferred
-
The ability to type at least 40 words per minute
-
Willingness to travel to support business needs
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office 365, Word and Excel
-
The ability to sit, stand and bend often
-
The ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
