Clinical Quality Strategy Manager
The Clinical Quality Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s clinical quality initiatives by aligning internal operations and external partnerships with strategic goals. This role is responsible for managing current quality improvement projects, fostering innovation, and ensuring that all efforts contribute to patient care, operational excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment & Planning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Clinical Operations, Patient Safety, Operations, Informatics, Finance) and external vendors to ensure quality initiatives align with the company’s strategic plan.
- Manage the implementation of integrated quality management and continuous improvement programs.
Project Management & Innovation
- Manage ongoing clinical quality projects and identify opportunities for innovation and new partnerships.
- Provide support for committee meetings and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Vendor & Partner Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison for external vendors, ensuring accountability and performance standards are met.
- Facilitate vendor selection and implementation processes
Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with regional and national clinical quality managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across programs.
- Participate in strategic councils and collaborative forums to shape the future of clinical quality within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality, clinical operations, or strategic planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and change leadership skills.
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field preferred.
