About:
- Manage daily calendars and executive travel, solving complex scheduling situations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and track action items.
- Spearhead planning for larger sales & marketing events.
- Communicate directly on behalf of the Sales & Marketing teams both internally and externally.
- Work with C-level leaders and tenured GTM teams on business rhythms and events.
- Execute special projects and manage events, partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Anticipate the CRO's needs, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine urgency and appropriate courses of action.
- Maintain records and files, including confidential information, and manage CRM data.
- Process and reconcile expenses accurately.
- Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through.
- Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers.
- Assist with expense reports, budgeting, and potentially procurement.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful with problem-solving skills.
- Energetic and fast learner with ability to anticipate needs.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Superior organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with GTM and/or Marketing teams is a plus.

Pay range: $85K - $155K
