Remote Member Outreach Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM EST
Pay: $18/hour | Must provide your own PC

MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS OUTBOUND SALES EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
What You’ll Do:

Make 200+ daily outbound calls to eligible members to explain program benefits and enroll them.

Answer inbound calls and assist members, providers, and caregivers with professionalism and care.

Capture and document member information accurately in company systems.

Follow approved scripts, respond to concerns with empathy, and build trust with members.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals for call volume, quality, and enrollments.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a high-volume outbound contact center (required).

Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate and persuasive — able to overcome objections professionally.

Comfortable using multiple systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
