Director of People & Partnerships
We’re hiring a Director of People Ops & Partnerships to drive Foley’s People function alongside the VP of People. This role is pivotal to how we scale: you’ll drive People strategy, run day-to-day programs, and build trusted partnerships with leaders across the business.
You’ll lead a high-performing People team, build modern and scalable processes, and act as a strategic advisor—ensuring that Foley continues to be a place where people can do their best work.
What You’ll Do
People Strategy & Partnerships
- Translate Foley’s People strategy into actionable programs that support growth and culture.
- Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, bringing insights, data, and solutions that improve team performance.
- Build strong partnerships across the business, enabling managers to lead effectively and employees to thrive.
Team Leadership & Employee Experience
- Lead, mentor, and develop the People team with clear priorities and accountability.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to day-to-day support—creating a consistent and engaging employee experience.
- Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Performance, Development & Culture
- Own performance management cycles including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback.
- Design and deliver development programs that help employees grow their careers.
- Use data and feedback to strengthen engagement, retention, and high performance.
Total Rewards
- Oversee the design, communication, and administration of Foley’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with company values.
- Partner with Finance and leadership to develop compensation structures that support attraction, retention, and performance.
Compliance, Tools & Innovation
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Oversee People policies, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Champion modern People systems and AI-driven solutions that make the function more effective and scalable.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People leadership, including 3+ years leading a team at Director level or equivalent.
- Skilled in building People partnerships that enable leaders and teams to succeed.
- Experienced in employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices.
- Track record of implementing scalable People systems and tools.
- A leader who inspires trust, builds strong relationships, and balances strategy with hands-on execution.

This is a Remote position located in Massachusetts with some travel required to our New England offices.

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is estimated at $150,000 – 215,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
