We’re seeking a Director of Business Development & Product Manager to drive growth of our closed loop issuing business. You’ll identify new opportunities, shape Conductor platform features, and oversee improvements to epayconductor.com. The role also includes promoting adoption and awareness of our products internally and externally.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the closed loop issuing sector.
- Identify/pursue new business opportunities, building a profitable pipeline of net-new programs and migration opportunities for existing programs.
- Build/maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders. Attend and represent epay at industry trade shows.
- Lead proposals/presentations for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Define and roadmap key features of the Conductor platform.
- Drive awareness of the product organization-wide and collaborate with regional teams to ensure proper understanding and adoption.
- Gather customer feedback with Sales; translate into product requirements.
- Write business requirements and ensure alignment with functional requirements.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Act as SME for Sales (RFPs, QBRs, custoemr feedback).
- Partner with Marketing to integrate sales feedback into product development.
- This is a U.S.-based, fully remote role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years business development/sales/account management (payments/closed loop issuing).
- Deep knowledge of electronic payments, gift card processing, and loyalty card platforms.
- Proven track record in strategy execution and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, an dindependent worker with team collaboration skills.
