Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) – 1099 Contractor
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This is an on-demand role, ideal for trainers who want flexible opportunities to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
FYI - This person can live anywhere USA (close to major airport is preferred) and will be a hybrid of remote work and travel to various customer sites.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for small groups (up to 10 participants).
- Develop and customize training materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide practical guidance, best practices, and real-world use cases for Microsoft Copilot Studio and other Microsoft AI tools.
- Support participants through Q&A, troubleshooting, and applied learning exercises.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft AI product updates and features.
- Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential (required).
- Must be a US citizen who can travel when needed to various customer sites across the country
- Proven experience teaching or training adult learners, preferably in corporate or technical settings.
- Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio with strong knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible availability to deliver sessions on an as-needed basis.
