Outside Sales Representative – Real Estate Services
Location: Falls Church, VA/Hybrid
Compensation: $75k Base + Uncapped commission | OTE $90K–$150K+

Responsibilities
- Meet with qualified buyers & sellers in the Falls Church and surrounding areas
- Build trust, present solutions, and close deals
- Exceed sales targets and earn big rewards
- Represent Local Expert Realty with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Sales experience (real estate, automotive, door-to-door, financial, etc.) a plus — but if you can sell, we’ll train you
- High-energy, competitive, and money-motivated
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-starter who thrives independently but values teamwork
Additional Information:
- Location: Primarily field-based with remote CRM management
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- License: Not required to start. Will be required later (we’ll pay for it)
