Noir Starr Models is seeking a creative and business-savvy Advertising Campaign Manager to design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for our fashion and luxury clients. Our models are ready, our visual assets are premium, and we need a strategist who can connect them to brands in powerful, results-driven campaigns.
This role is project-based with a percentage-based wage for each campaign you manage. You will also be encouraged — and rewarded — for seeking out your own clients, making this an ideal opportunity to build your portfolio and expand your network in fashion advertising.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns for fashion brands, designers, and luxury clients
- Use AI-driven insights and tools to shape campaign strategies and creative concepts
- Optimize campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Collaborate with our team to seamlessly integrate models into campaign narratives
- Proactively seek out potential clients to expand your personal and agency portfolio
Requirements:
- BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media advertising strategies
- Familiarity with AI’s role in marketing and emerging industry trends
- Proven knowledge of fashion marketing and brand positioning
- Agency experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
