We’re looking for our dynamic POS Deployment Specialist who enjoys travelling to join our Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Implementations, you’ll be working directly with new customers on-site to consult, configure, and train on MealSuite’s Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software - ensuring a seamless and impactful implementation experience while traveling 80% of the time to various locations across the US.
A day in the life as a Point-of-Sale Deployment Specialist:
- Lead On-Site Deployments – Work with new customers to implement MealSuite hardware, train on POS functionality and best practices, and adjust configurations to ensure optimal usage.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with Implementation Specialists during project kickoff and planning calls to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Drive Seamless Implementations – Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth and successful onboarding experience for customers.
- Enhance Tools & Processes – Contribute to the development of scalable tools and systems that improve our customer needs analysis and scoping processes.
- Evolve Training Materials – Work with the Manager, Customer Implementations to enhance training content, making it more interactive and digestible for customers in the field.
- Educate & Empower – Guide customers through MealSuite’s toolkit and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations.

- I have knowledge of deploying POS systems.
- I gained my knowledge through formal education or direct experience in deploying POS systems, or a combination of both.
- I have experience in the SaaS industry (nice to have).
- I have direct experience with MealSuite products (nice to have).
- I have project management experience (nice to have).
- I have experience with tools and technology related to POS systems, implementation, and SaaS solutions.
- I’m familiar with implementation best practices and customer training for SaaS solutions.
- I’m exceptional at managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing requirements.
- I get most excited about helping customers optimize technology for success.
- I’m extra passionate about providing top-tier customer service and ensuring smooth software implementations.
- I have a proven ability to collaborate across teams to deliver seamless implementation experiences.
- I’m willing to travel up to 80% of the time across the US and have a valid passport with no travel restrictions between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for the role).
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
