Compensation Range: $22 - 26 per hour
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a short-term project focused on the design and production of our new builder catalog. This is a great opportunity for a creative individual with an eye for design and a passion for visual communication.
Responsibilities:
- Builder catalog design and production. This includes searching for product and room scene images, based on a provided list of styles/colors, that will be used to design the catalog. Melissa would provide the resource with additional guidance on templates and other data.
- Deliverables would be a completed builder catalog in both PPT and PDF format, as well as a box.com link with the product image assets used in the catalog.

- Multifamily + Greystar Catalog 5.7.25 1.pptx.
- Avg # pages per catalog: 25 page.
- Avg # of catalogs/requests per month: 2-4 catalogs per month.
- Avg # of assets per catalog: 250 images.
- Avg project timeline: 2 weeks.
- Additional image search requests within our DAM that are not directly associated with a catalog project per the above. Melissa would provide guidelines for these additional searches. This would be handled as a priority #2, behind any catalog requests.
- Conduct builder website image audits, searching for poor quality images on our builder website shawbuildersf.com and compiling a report of what needs to be updated. Melissa can provide a documented process for this item that we can share. This would be handled as a priority #3 behind any catalog requests and image search requests.
