Office Location: REMOTE (Chicago, IL)
Hours: 8:00am- 8:00pm CST
Shift: Saturday - Sunday
Salary: $22.50/ HR
*Training will be in person first 30 days*

What You Need to Know
Client Service Liaison Responsibilities:
- Ensures all clients receive care as scheduled and authorized, manage the communication to clients and caregivers regarding schedule and service changes and ensures documentation notes are completed and properly entered into the EMR.
- Responsible for initiating contact with new clients upon notification from the Intake Department. Answer and triage telephone calls coming into the staffing department. Monitor the EMR system and complete daily attendance verification
- Prepare, monitor, and distribute open case/client coverage report for the Client Service Staffers and Supervisors
- Communicate scheduling and/or service changes to clients, payors and caregivers as needed
- Enter coordination notes into the EMR to ensure appropriate documentation occurs. Perform customer service calls. Assist Staffers and Client Service Supervisors as needed. Assists with overflow coverage
- Responsible for status, scheduling and/or demographic related changes in EMR. Review and respond to the staffing email and voicemail systems to resolve caregiver issues. Perform on-call duties as needed
Qualifications
Client Service Liaison Qualifications:
- Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable
- High School or GED required
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus
