- Log lead info perfectly into ServiceTitan
- Speak fluent empathy, urgency, and grammar
- Adjust your tone like a customer service chameleon
- Keep your cool and call control, even when Karen wants the manager
- Record what happened—no creative fiction, please
💼 This Job Is For You If:
- You’ve got 2+ years in a high-volume call center (remote or in-person)
- You’ve talked HVAC, plumbing, or electrical shop with customers for at least a year
- You’re fluent in ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, or Jobber
- You type 30+ WPM and spell like a champion
- You can juggle inbound and outbound calls with ease
- You’ve got impeccable grammar, a sunny attitude, and a knack for getting things DONE
💻 Your Tech Must-Haves:
- A real computer (Windows or Mac with 8GB+ RAM)
- Webcam, speakers, and a second monitor
- Wired high-speed internet—Fiber or Cable only
- Ethernet-ready (we’ll send you a cable if you need one)
