Your Role: Customer Service Representative
What You'll Own:
- Handle inbound customer service and appointment-setting calls with complete professionalism
- Work directly with CRM's such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCallPro
- Apply your trades industry expertise to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Lead by example in our collaborative, fast-paced environment

- Processor: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (Quad-Core, 2.4GHz or higher)

- Storage: 256 GB SSD (Solid State Drive)
- Display: 1080p HD (1920x1080) or better, 21” monitor preferred (external monitor required if using laptop)
- Camera: Internal or external HD webcam (720p minimum)
