Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Provider Administrator to join their team. As a Provider Administrator, you will be part of the provider management team supporting various departmental functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage provider and office staff service requests and resolve business partner inquiries.
- Support provider management activities including credentialing, data maintenance, and directory management.
- Communicate and coordinate with providers and practices to ensure accurate information is available.
- Document Committee meeting findings and notify staff of decisions.
- Act as first-level intake for incoming provider calls and support audit processes.
What's Needed?
- Two to four years of general office experience.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
