The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently processing claims and resolving issues with the highest level of professionalism. A solution-oriented approach is essential, ensuring that customer problems are addressed promptly and effectively. Handling calls in a timely manner and maintaining a professional demeanor are crucial to providing optimal assistance to our customers. Additionally, the ability to multitask effectively while on the phone and working through multiple sites is vital for seamless service and swift resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate must present a professional, personable, and positive image.

- Must be able to multi-task effectively.
- Meet daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, and achieve all service, productivity, and quality objectives.
- Learns and maintains a working knowledge of policies, procedures, and processing systems
- Candidate must ensure that clients, staff, and guests of the firm are greeted in a courteous and professional manner.
- Candidate must respect confidentiality in discussing claim and staff information.
- Reports to work regularly and on time.
- Notifies Manager regarding staff absences/tardiness; updates and informs other necessary parties of the same and related information.
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed with prior approval from Manager.
- Must be able to pass background and credit check.
- May be subjected to drug testing at manager or HR’s discretion.
- Must be able to be flexible to work additional hours during high volume times (CAT), when there is peak demand.
Skills, knowledge & expertise
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong active listening skill and verbal communication with proper grammar
- Strong computer skills
- Telephone etiquette skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role
- Able to speak additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.)
