About the Job
As a Transit and Reimbursement Coordinator, you will be processing transportation-related requests and reimbursements. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:
Role Requirements
- Process and manage daily mail operations including sorting, logging, and documentation
- Scan and digitize documents using office equipment and upload to designated systems
- Prepare member correspondence and forms using various software applications
- Handle outgoing mail distribution and member communications
- Process transportation benefit requests and related documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems and shared digital folders
- Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
- Shifts: We are currently hiring for a Monday through Friday shift. 30-35 hours per week. This is an in-person position based in St. George, UT.
