Your Profile
You will be part of a small, dynamic team in the USA that has already been actively and successfully working on various projects. The Customer Success Advisor (CSA) will report directly to the Head of Customer Service in Europe.
You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across Europe and the US, gaining exposure to international projects and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers using Cisco and Bucher + Suter solutions.
- Triage, document, and analyze technical issues and service requests.
- Apply ITIL best practices and internal processes to resolve cases.
- Maintain and update customer documentation and knowledge base.
- Work in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 customer support.

Technical Skills
- Troubleshooting tools: SIP Logs, Webex Tracer, Wireshark.
