Job Description: As an SFSF Consultant at Strada US, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions. Your broad knowledge and experience will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their HR and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementation projects from start to finish.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Customize and configure SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors updates and trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SFSF (SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0) Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules on Onboarding 1.0
- Onboarding 2.0 Certified
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors are a plus.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum - Maximum:
$88,200.00 - $163,800.00
Pay Transparency Statement: Strada considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography. Strada makes these decisions on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Bonus and/or incentive eligibility are determined by role and level.
