Position Summary: The Temporary Licensed Employee Experience Specialist will play a pivotal role in our 2026 open enrollment period by leading one-on-one consultations, explaining medical benefits, and assisting employees with navigating their benefit options. This position is not just about helping an employee pick their health plan; it is about ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers and their employees. - Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, the Licensed Employee Experience Specialist ensures that each customer and their employees’ needs are met. This cross-functional coordination is essential for delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Licensed Employee Experience Specialist:
- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Deferring queries to your manager if you are unable to answer them.
- Providing re enrolling and prospective members with details regarding plan options and network providers.
- Assisting with application submission.
- Assisting with contacting insurance carriers to track enrollments, changes, and cancelation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills of the Temporary Licensed Employee Experience Specialist:
- Active Life & Health License (provide a valid license with your resume)
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- Prior experience as a customer service specialist or equivalent, ideally within a similar setting, experience in Healthcare industry preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy with an above-average typing speed (proficiency in Microsoft Office products).
- Data entry experience with high attention to detail.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent listening skills and the capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Compensation:
- This is a 100% remote position (aligned with US Pacific Time) with an hourly wage of $27 per hour.
- Anticipated start date: Week of September 1, 2025
- This is a Temporary Assignment: Duration: 4 months, Hours: Monday – Friday - 7AM-5PM PT.
