CRM Sr. Analyst
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for assisting with CRM communication planning and executing on our plans in our CRM system. This role is critical in driving personalized marketing strategies, improving customer journeys, and ensuring a consistent and impactful customer experience across all touchpoints. The right candidate will be considering our customer engagement, retention and lifetime goals at all stages of work, from message planning and creative reviews to HTML QA and post-campaign analysis.
What You Will Get to Do
- CRM Planning & Execution: Develop and implement CRM calendar and lifecycle journey plans, focusing on our business’ user retention and LTV outcomes.
- Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns using Email, SMS and Push notifications to engage the right customers at the right time.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize customer journeys to identify opportunities for expansion, optimization and improved user experiences.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insights from marketing performance data and use them to help iterate and improve our future marketing content.
- Technical Platform Management: Maintain and enhance the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, organization, and best practice adoption.
- Collaboration: Work with regional marketing, product and data teams to align CRM initiatives with broader company objectives.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Hypothesize and conduct experiments to test messaging, timing, and targeting strategies to improve future marketing efforts and grow our consumer understanding.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or Email marketing, preferably in a fintech, SaaS, finance or e-commerce environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, Zeta or similar engagement platforms.
- Clear understanding of customer segmentation, rule-based audience building, behavioral targeting, and marketing automation. Experience with a CDP is a plus.
- Comfortable giving feedback on creative content for Email, SMS and Push notifications. Experience writing creative briefs for CRM execution is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing is required. Advanced HTML/CSS for template customization is a plus, as is familiarity with AMPscript, Handlebars or similar coding languages used personalization scripting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience making actionable recommendations from message engagement and conversion data. Experience with Looker is a plus.
- Passionate about customer experience and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Experience in multicultural and international marketing is a plus, as is working with stakeholders in different geographies and time zones.

This role can be based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates located near our headquarters in Dallas, TX. Remote candidates are welcome to apply.
