Why This Role?

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chats to support patients
- Schedule and confirm medical appointments
- Collect and verify patient information and coordinate next steps
- Track referrals, authorizations, and appointment outcomes
- Communicate with patients, care teams, employers, adjusters, and case managers
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Stay up to date with procedures, processes, and referral guidelines
- Meet quality and productivity expectations in a fast-paced, remote call center environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of patient scheduling, coordination, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with multitasking and using computer systems
- Experience with EMR, insurance coordination, or workers' comp is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
- Patient, professional, and detail-oriented
SCHEDULE:
Full-time, Sunday - Thursday
Shifts fall between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST (may vary slightly)
