Join our amazing CR BillMax team! We provide billing services for CentralReach clients, helping them streamline and scale their billing and collections. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Payment Poster with healthcare or medical payment posting experience. ABA knowledge is a plus, but we offer strong training and team support for those with relevant experience.
This is a hybrid position based in our Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. Team members are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Accountabilities:
- Post payments daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Review EOBs and assign any outstanding issues to the right team.
- Work with AR team members to fix posting errors.
- Flag accounts that need more review due to insurance processing issues.
- Adjust payments if they were applied incorrectly by the system or insurer.
- Check accounts daily for follow-ups, files, and EOBs that need posting.
- Ensure ERAs are fully posted each day.
- Follow up with clients on missing or incomplete payment batches.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years in healthcare payment posting.
- Strong math and accounting skills.
- Experience with both manual and electronic payment posting.
- Familiarity with ERAs, EFTs, EOBs, and insurance portals.
- Understanding of the revenue cycle and ability to read EOBs.
- CentralReach and EDI knowledge is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive, team-oriented, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 - 55,000. Compensation will vary based on a number of factors, including education, experience, skills, and location. The range listed is a good faith estimate of base pay for the role, and final compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the selected candidate. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, where applicable. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
