What you'll get to do:
This role combines member success, financial insight, and administrative support to ensure our Profitability Strategists have the tools and information they need to drive measurable results. The Specialist supports financial tracking, member communication, data preparation, and internal coordination to help members understand and improve their bottom line.
Profitability Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Member Support & CommunicationServe as a liaison between members and Profitability Strategists to ensure timely follow-ups and clarity on action items.
- Respond to member inquiries related to financial tracking tools, dashboards, and profitability initiatives.
- Prepare and send out pre-call summaries and post-call recaps as directed.
- Assist with gathering, reviewing, and organizing financial documents from members (e.g., P&Ls, balance sheets).
- Support data entry and clean-up across internal systems and member-facing dashboards.
- Monitor financial health indicators and surface trends or concerns to the strategist team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, Strategy) to support the integration of profitability insights across all service lines.
- Help manage and maintain documentation around pricing, cost-saving strategies, and revenue opportunities.
- Ensure members are properly onboarded to profitability tools and understand how to use them.
- Maintain internal knowledge base and resource library related to financial strategy and profitability tools.
- Help develop and update templates, checklists, and best practices.
What You Should Bring To The Team:
- 2+ years of experience in a financial support, member services, or administrative role (experience in healthcare or veterinary industry preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and financial documents.
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; Slack, experience with financial software and Hubspot platforms a preferred.
- Highly organized, dependable, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Hours, Availability, & Location
This role will be part-time starting at just 12 hours with room to grow and scale. In general, you should be available during regular business hours in your time zone. You should have a permanent address and be authorized to work in one of the following U.S. States: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, PA, SC, TX, WI.
