Salary: $55,000- $60,000 (based on experience)
Location: Remote (Either in Eastern or Central Time Zone)
Billing & Pricing Systems Specialist – Optimize, Innovate, and Lead Change!
Are you a detail-driven problem solver passionate about billing, pricing, and financial systems? Do you thrive in an environment where data accuracy, system optimization, and process improvement are at the forefront? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Billing & Pricing Systems Specialist!
As our Billing & Pricing Systems Specialist, you will:
- Manage and enhance our billing and pricing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and maintain Excel-based billing templates, including troubleshooting and implementing enhancements
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align system capabilities with business goals
- Serve as the subject matter expert for billing and pricing systems, ensuring smooth functionality
- Analyze and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements
- Support system reporting needs, ensuring financial data is accurate and compliant
- Train and support internal users to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Proficiency – Advanced Excel skills (including VB & EML) and experience with financial systems
- Experience – 3+ years in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical Mindset – Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- System Expertise – Experience working with ERP, CRM, or pricing/billing platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Coupa
- Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work across departments and clearly communicate complex ideas
- Adaptability – Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
